Allergies or special diets
We have our own routines for handling food for allergy sufferers.
We handle the most common allergies, i.e:
- Milking
- gluten
- Egg
- Soybean
- Vegetarian/vegetarian
Dinner must be registered in advance with name, belonging club/team and which allergy. All team leaders should have received an email about this. UPDATED INFO: The order has now been submitted and it is no longer possible to enter this.
A couple of things that are useful to know before you sign up:
- For breakfast and dinner we have gluten-free bread from Bakehuset.
- None of our breads contain traces of nuts. However, we cannot guarantee that other foods do not contain them.
- The toppings are separated, and there will be a separate station for cutting gluten-free bread. There may be traces of milk and eggs in this bread.
- We have lactose-free milk available at the meals where we serve milk.
- We are not able to offer halal meat.
We ask for your understanding that:
- … not all types of allergies we can handle, as we serve over 3,700 participants during the cup.
- … we can’t take into account needs that have not been reported in advance.
